HHL series compressed air refrigerated dryer armored design, simple and stylish appearance, combined with pipeline air filter, all filters are aluminum alloy die-casting, imported filter element material, EU authority testing, ensuring high efficient filtering. The refrigerated air dryer adopts aluminum alloy plate heat exchanger, environmentally friendly refrigerant and microcomputer automatic control, which can visually display the dew point temperature of the dryer; it has multiple protections of temperature and pressure. And inside air dryer installed four pieces of high efficiency compressed air filters with an electronic condensate drain, when install and maintain, it is much more convenient.

7.Standard constant pressure expansion valve and intelligent temperature control, we are doing laboratory test under the intake air temperature reaches 65 ° C, the ambient temperature reaches 42 ° C, the whole air dryer is still stable operation.

Also for this series designed with temperature and pressure double antifreeze protection, and when the engine is operated for a long time low load, the output of the compressor is automatically stopped, and the amount of cooling stored by the aluminum plate exchanger will be supplied to heat exchange. Extend the life of the equipment while saving energy.
