Description


 How does a refrigerated air dryer work?


Air Process:

The compressed air flows into the Pre-Cooler via inlet (1) to perform preliminary cooling, then flows into cooling system evaporator (2) to be further cooled via cooling system. The cooled compressed air is sent to the condensate separator (3), and the condensate liquid is discharged out of the machine via auto-discharger. The cooled and dry compressed air will return to the heat exchanger (1) for temperature regaining, then leave the frozen dryer via air outlet.

Coolant Flow:

The coolant that flows through the Coolant Compressor(6) is in a state of high temperature and high pressure liquid, such liquid coolant is cooled down into medium temperature and high pressure coolant via water cooled or air cooled condenser. The impurities are filtered via Drying Filter (9), and the coolant turns into low temperature and low pressure air-liquid mixed state via capillary (10) effect. It finally enters into the evaporator (2) to implement heat exchange with the hot compressed air to finish the cooling process, then returns to the Coolant Compressor (6) and work cyclically.
